To achieve this, we collaborate with the same real estate management firms, accountants, notaries, banks, and contractors as the most successful landlords in the United Kingdom. When necessary, we tap into specialized knowledge and expertise within our network.

Why invest in the UK?
In the United Kingdom, there is a shortage of well-maintained rental properties, while the demand for them is high and rising. Additionally, the United Kingdom offers a favorable investment climate, making it possible to achieve solid returns with low risk.
INVESTMENT
Investment starts at EUR 25,000.
The investment is made in the form of a loan. This loan has a term of 36 months, with an annual interest rate of 5%. Interest is paid to you every 12 months. At the end of the 36 months, you will receive the principal amount back. Other term options are negotiable.
INVESTMENT POLICY
All matters related to purchase, renovation, rental rate determination, sales, etc., are fully and solely determined by Highborn Housing Ltd. You have no say or influence over our investment policy. Of course, we will keep you informed of our investments in the meantime.
CURRENCY RISK
We always repay your investment in euros. Currency risk is borne by Highborn Housing Ltd.
DECLINE IN REAL ESTATE PRICES
If there is a general decrease in real estate prices, we will still receive the monthly rent, which increases by an average of 2% every year.
BREXIT
Despite various unfavorable reports and the uncertainty surrounding Brexit, we see no reason not to invest in English real estate. We do not import or export. We operate in the English market and exclusively deal with English parties.
